- Supervising the work of a team of telephone consultants
- Supporting employees in achieving their goals
- Taking care of high standards of customer service
- Ongoing monitoring of the team’s results
- Introducing new employees and conducting internal training
- Maintaining operational contacts with the client
Requirements
- Experience in managing a team of employees in a telemarketing company (minimum one year)
- Experience in conducting sales training and coaching
- Experience in working in the sale of products or services will be an advantage
- Motivation to work in sales structures
- Excellent interpersonal skills
