What is a database?

A database is a collection of data written in a specific manner in the structures corresponding to the assumed data model. In common terms, it includes data and a computer program specialized for collecting and processing this data. A program specially prepared by us is called the DataBase Management System (DBMS).

Our database is made up of various elements that contain specific information. The set of such information is called a record. The record includes, among others such information as: company name, name and surname of people working in the company, address, telephone number, etc.

Each field stores data for a separate category. Thanks to this, the electronic database allows you to quickly sort records by individual categories or search for information within only selected fields.

A DBMS for database management offers the ability to create data entry masks that are used to enter new information more conveniently.

Database selection criteria

The electronic database, unlike the file databases generally available on the market, can be selected according to specific criteria. The key to efficiently extracting information is standardizing the descriptions contained in the record items. From 2004. we are constantly expanding the number of selection criteria for electronic databases. We realize special orders of our clients and we obtain new records, even those that require us to work in the field. Forms of update

The advantage of Sanmarks electronic databases is their constant updating by a web robot from generally available sources. The quality of databases is measured in their timeliness and effectiveness. That is why we guarantee all our records with two records for each not valid. Complaints are considered on the basis of postal returns or results of telemarketing campaigns.

In the process of updating records, we use several sources of data acquisition, including:
  • Postal returns
  • Telephone update during telemarketing campaigns and on behalf of external companies
  • Updating from publicly available sources, e.g. Internet
Our databases are relational databases, i.e. they can be linked with other databases and supplemented with new data.
